In a society made to make us feel less than, I am here to tell you that you are loved. You are deserving of the dreamy, passionate, time-stopping love from a partner you fantasize about at night. You are delicate, and your emotions deserve to be felt and addressed. It’s more than OK for you to say no because you want to put yourself first for a change.

You don’t have to carry the weight of everyone else’s problems on your back because you were taught to. You have yourself to take care of; and the greatest gift you can have is the gift of giving the time, care and positivity you give to others, to yourself.
